To initiate the design process, we require an initial deposit of 50%. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin crafting your unique design.
To kick off the design process, we’ll need your input! Share your ideas with us, whether you have a detailed floor plan or just a rough sketch. Please send over any photos or inspiration images that capture your vision. We’ll also provide a quick questionnaire about your property and design preferences to help us understand your needs better. This stage ensures we start on the right foot and align our creative direction with your expectations.
Based on your input, we will create a preliminary design that includes basic floor plans, exterior elevations, and 3D views of your project. This is your opportunity to review the initial concepts and provide feedback, ensuring that we capture your vision accurately. This stage may involve several iterations as we refine the design together until it meets your satisfaction.
Once approved, I’ll finalize the detailed construction drawings and photorealistic 3D renderings, so you can fully visualize your new home inside and out.
Upon completion of the final plans and your approval, the remaining balance will be due. Once the final payment is received, you will receive the unwatermarked plans via email within 24 hours. This package will include all the necessary documents for your project, ready for construction.
