Soon, you’ll be sharing your plans and 3D renders with family and friends, choosing materials, and watching your dream home take shape. And before you know it, you’ll be stepping inside your barndo, surrounded by everything you’ve imagined—now made real.
OUR PROCESS:
At Prime Barndominium, every detail matters. Our comprehensive checklist of nearly 200 items ensures your design is flawless:
To initiate the design process, we require an initial deposit of 50%. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule and allows us to begin crafting your unique design.
To kick off the design process, we’ll need your input! Share your ideas with us, whether you have a detailed floor plan or just a rough sketch. Please send over any photos or inspiration images that capture your vision. We’ll also provide a quick questionnaire about your property and design preferences to help us understand your needs better. This stage ensures we start on the right foot and align our creative direction with your expectations.
Based on your input, we will create a preliminary design that includes basic floor plans, exterior elevations, and 3D views of your project. This is your opportunity to review the initial concepts and provide feedback, ensuring that we capture your vision accurately. This stage may involve several iterations as we refine the design together until it meets your satisfaction.
After you approve the Preliminary Drawings, the second 50% payment is required to move forward with the final stage of your project. This payment confirms your commitment to proceed and allows us to begin finalizing the detailed construction drawings and 3D renders.
Once the second payment is received, we will finalize the construction drawings and develop the detailed 3D renders. These finalized, unwatermarked plans will then be released to you, ensuring everything is ready for your project’s next phase.
